Two 1 hour comprehensive analysis, assessment and individualized nutrition and supplement plan using genetic data, labs and patient intake ($300 private pay if out-of-network)
60-minute Initial or follow up appointment
Initial or follow-up evaluation of nutritional status, anthropometrics, dietary intakes, laboratory data, nutritional supplement suggestions ($125 private pay if out-of-network)
