Appointment Options

For your convenience appointments can be in-person or Telehealth 

Every patient is encouraged to have an initial 20-minute phone consultation to help them determine if Christine will be the right fit for their needs and help them set up a pre-initial appointment plan of action.  This will also help to determine plan of care.

Initial 90-minute appointment includes a full evaluation of patient history, diet, laboratory data and genetic data (if available) and will end with a very specific plan and  recommendations for follow up if indicated.

$300.00 USD

Follow up appointments can be tailored towards your needs and is based upon the health plan created together with Christine. 

$125.00 USD

Available for people that are looking for more access to their practitioner and feel they are going to want closer contact on a more regular basis.   This monthly membership allows for up to (or the equivalent of) three 60-minute sessions per week.  The sessions will be tailored towards the patients needs.  This membership can be maintained on a monthly basis.  The initial 90-minute evaluation must take place before the monthly program can begin so that a full evaluation and plan can be put into place.  

Many patients find this monthly plan to be a helpful option as they are starting out and step down to less frequent visits when they are ready to do so.

Complimentary 15-minute check-in appointments as needed for existing patients where Christine will answer questions over email or phone without a cost to the patient with hopes that this facilitates success and comfort with our plan.
