Every patient is encouraged to have an initial 10-minute complimentary phone consultation to help determine which plan iwill best help them meet their goals.

Comprehensive evaluation and plan using genetic data, labs and patient intake ($300 private pay if out-of-network)

Initial or follow-up evaluation of nutritional status, anthropometrics, dietary intakes, laboratory data, nutritional supplement suggestions ($125 private pay if out-of-network)

Review of any new data, assistance with goal setting and meal planning, review of appropriateness and tolerance to supplements, dietary and exercise suggestions ($65 private pay if out-of-network)
